Shipping policy

Orders are produced and dispatched, and normally arrive, within 10 days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Shipping is always included in the price you see — there are no shipping fees added at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and import VAT, which are payable by the recipient.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. Write to Contact@heritagegreenart.com with your order number before returning the item. The item must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as received.

Personalised Custom Hole posters are made to your specification and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Returns are sent to: Heritage Green, Fyensgade 26, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark. You pay the return shipping. Parcels sent cash on delivery are not accepted.

We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used.

If your poster or frame arrives damaged, email Contact@heritagegreenart.com within a reasonable time with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

You may use the wording below if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. It is not mandatory — an email with the same information is equally valid.
