2. Prices and currency

All prices are shown including Danish VAT (25%). Prices are settled in Danish kroner (DKK); amounts displayed in EUR or USD are indicative conversions, and the amount charged at checkout is the DKK price.

3. Order and agreement

An agreement is binding once you have completed checkout and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Your card is charged when the order is placed. We never store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Orders are produced to order and shipped with tracking, normally within 10 days. See Shipping & Returnsfor full details.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on standard posters and frames. Personalised products (Custom Hole posters) are made to your specification and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal. See Shipping & Returns for the procedure.

7. Complaints

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a 24-month right to complain about defects. Contact Contact@heritagegreenart.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund a faulty item. Complaints can also be filed with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg) or via the EU ODR platform.
